The process is simple and fast. Our PostureCheck 3D scanner captures 130,000 data points from your neck, head, and shoulders in seconds, measuring your alignment and identifying areas that will benefit from optimal sleeping posture.

3. Review Your Personalized Report

You’ll receive a detailed Report of Findings, highlighting key insights like your Forward Head Posture and Tech Neck Index. It’s the starting point for better sleep and long-term wellness.

4. Fill out your Sleep Profile

To perfect your Nexi, you’ll fill out a quick sleep profile with details such as, whether you sleep on your side or back, what kind of mattress you use, and the firmness you prefer. You can also add a personal touch by choosing to include your initials or name on the pillow. Using the data from your scan, we build your pillow with geometric precision. From customized support zones for back and side sleepers to CPAP compatibility, every detail is engineered just for you.

5. Pick Up Your Pillow

Your Nexi is delivered directly to your provider’s office, usually within two weeks. Just pick it up, bring it home, and get ready for your best night’s sleep.

The appointment fee is billable under your chiropractic benefits. However, the pillow product itself may not be eligible. We recommend checking with your insurance company directly, as some allow for medical aids and orthotic devices.

A short adjustment period is normal. If after six weeks you’re not satisfied, we’ll modify your pillow at no cost to ensure it’s right for you.
