Your first visit, step by step.

No surprises. Here's how the hour goes, and nothing happens until you're comfortable with the plan.

  1. Step 1: Health review

    We talk through what's going on, your history, your work and what you want to get back to.

  2. Step 2: Physical exam

    A hands-on look at how your joints, muscles and nerves are moving and where they're limited.

  3. Step 3: Your plan

    We explain what we found and lay out a treatment plan built around your goals.

  4. Step 4: Your questions

    We go over the plan together and answer your questions before anything happens.

  5. Step 5: First treatment

    Once you're comfortable with the plan, treatment can start the same day.
