Jasper Chiropractic ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and how we protect it. It covers this website only. Your clinical records are handled under the privacy laws that apply to health care in Alberta and the standards of our professional colleges.

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, email, optional phone number, preferred clinic and message. We use this only to reply to you.
• Booking. Appointments are booked on Jane (janeapp.com), a separate secure scheduling platform. Information you enter there is governed by Jane's privacy policy and our clinic's patient privacy practices.
• Analytics, only with your permission. Analytics is currently off. If the clinic turns it on and you allow it, Google Analytics collects information about how the site is used, such as pages visited and device type, with IP addresses anonymized.
• Server logs. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.

Please don't send health details by form or email

Website forms and email aren't the right place for detailed health information. We'll discuss your health in person or by phone.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies, and it does not currently use analytics cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is your cookie choice, if you make one.

If the clinic turns on Google Analytics, it will only run after you choose "Allow analytics" in the cookie banner. Nothing is tracked if you choose "No thanks" or ignore the banner. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawing consent stops analytics and removes its cookies from your browser.

Booking happens on Jane (janeapp.com), and directions open Google Maps. Those services set their own cookies under their own policies once you visit them.

How we use and share information

We use your information to respond to you and to improve this website. We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site (such as Netlify for hosting and form handling, and Google Analytics if you've allowed it), or where required by law.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record keeping, then deleted.
